Increase your optimism
Try to remain cheerful when confronted with challenges, failure and loss. We are not born optimisms or pessimists but usually learn to lean to one side from adults around us. You can train yourself to become an optimist by doing the following :
focus on solutions rather than problems, look for and celebrate even the smallest progress or improvement, and limit obstacles to success so that you WILL succeed. People prefer to be around others that are optimist, because they see the big picture and rally others to believe in themselves.
