1 = Panic Attack: shortness of breath, rapid heart beat, shaking limbs, sweating, etc…
2 = Very Anxious: sensations of symptoms arising
3 = Anxious: overwhelming sense of worry
4 = Somewhat Anxious: worried but controllable
5 = Even: in limbo
6 = O.K.: Things are calm right now
7 = Calm and Relaxed: no doomed thoughts
8 = Feeling Great: no thoughts apparent at this time of worry.
