Force yourself to smile even if you aren’t happy

Smile to yourself and others. Train yourself to be cheerful about life. Smiling makes you more attractive and is so contagious that when people see you smile they will also smile. Studies show that smiling lowers stress and anxiety, and will therefore increase your ability to meet your own goals and meet others. Nuture your sense of humor, and laugh often and aloud. Being joyful explains for others your sense of wellbeing, and will cause them to gravitate to you in search of guidance….
